Supporting Students with Special Needs
Sarah Raza is a student at Redmond High School in Washington. She founded a nonprofit called Aware. The mission of Aware is to create a movement “embracing students with special needs through the formation of genuine friendships among students of all neurodiversity.” Essentially, Aware does the much-needed work of advocating for students with special needs through high school and middle school chapters and workshops for elementary school students.
